From 2009 to the present, I have been working as an assistant professor
in the group of scientific and research staff
at the Institute of Marketing and Sustainable Development
Department of Organization and Management at the Technical University of Lodz.
Since 2022, I have been the head of the Department of Quality and Technology Transfer at the above-mentioned unit.

obtaining qualifications of the Internal Auditor of the Quality Management System PN-EN ISO 9001:2015-10P

2008 – 2009
Completing two-semester postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Life Sciences at the Faculty of Agriculture and Biology; final thesis topic: "Possibility of implementing quality management standards in individual farms".

2009
obtaining the degree of doctor of economics in the field of management sciences with a very good result; the subject of the doctoral thesis: "Barriers to the implementation of quality management standards in agricultural holdings in Łódź Province".

2005 – 2006
Completion of a two-semester Pedagogical Study at the Technical University of Lodz; final thesis: "Quality of education in higher education".

obtaining Qualification as a Quality Manager.
