The areas of diplomacy are according to my blocks of research interests (see the tab Research Work).

Each engineering diploma is written based on business practice, while the promoted master's degrees have a research thesis dimension.

By the end of 2021, I had promoted 76 engineering the ses and 60 master's theses.
In addition, I have guided dozens of final the ses of postgraduate students of Management and Quality Management Systems.

By virtue of the Resolution No. 8/223/2016 of the Council of the Faculty of Organization and Management of the Technical University of Łódź of 06.04.2016, I was an auxiliary promoter of the PhD thesis "Strategy and organizational structure and process approach in managing a public university".
